With a mission to provide students a rigorous college and career preparatory academic curriculum, AUPP and Foxcroft Academy have developed a cross border international high school education program designed to educate students to be internationally competitive, and to allow students to explore diverse educational and scholastic systems.
AUPP High School-Foxcroft Academy offers core classes in English, mathematics, science and technology, history and social studies, and elective classes in world language, physical education (PE), health, and arts, with additional STEAM elective courses.
Admissions for the 2020-2021 academic year at AUPP High School-Foxcroft Academy are are open throughout the year for students who wish to enroll in an international high school education program (Grade 9-12).
Students enrolled in the AUPP High School-FA program can obtain an international high school diploma upon their graduation from Foxcroft Academy in the United States. The classes are taught by highly qualified professional teachers of AUPP High School Foxcroft Academy. They have bachelors’ and advanced degrees, and include university professors from AUPP, notably in STEAM.
Besides being part of a program with exceptional standards, students can fully experience a highly supportive community of teachers, counselors, coaches, and dorm parents, who will help them reach their greatest potential. The National High School Leaving Exam is waived/not required.
Upon their graduation, students will be automatically admitted to the university at AUPP or apply for higher education in the U.S. or other countries where the Foxcroft diploma is recognized.
Foxcroft Academy is part of an almost two hundred year long standing tradition of excellence. It was established as a private secondary school on January 30, 1823, and it became the first school to be chartered after Maine became a U.S state.
